Progression is driven by qualifying spend over time, reflecting sustained commitment.
How long do I keep my tier status?
Tier status is maintained for a one rolling year from when you entered your tier.
What are the benefits of each tier?
Each tier unlocks elevated access, recognition, and benefits aligned with performance level.
What happens if I don’t maintain my tier status?
If minimum requirements aren’t met, your status will adjust at the next review cycle and your tier status will drop.
