To earn and redeem points through TYR+, you must create a TYR account at tyr.com and be logged in when making a purchase. Purchases made without being logged into your account will not be eligible to earn or redeem points.
How to Earn TYR+ Points
For every $1 USD spent on tyr.com, you will earn 1 TYR+ point.
Points are awarded on fulfilled orders. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, the associated points may be removed from your account.
Additional ways to earn points may include actions such as:
• Joining TYR+
• Following TYR on social channels
• Leaving product reviews
• Uploading photos or videos with reviews
• Special promotional events or limited-time offers
The amount of points earned for these activities may change at any time.
Claiming TYR+ Points
If you are logged into your TYR account and place an eligible order, points will automatically be added to your account once the order has been fulfilled.
Orders placed before creating a TYR account are not eligible to receive points.
Redeeming TYR+ Points
Points can be redeemed for rewards at checkout when you are logged into your TYR account.
Current redemption options include:
• 100 points = $5 reward (minimum spend $50)
• 200 points = $10 reward (minimum spend $100)
• 300 points = $15 reward (minimum spend $125)
• 400 points = $20 reward (minimum spend $150)
• 500 points = $25 reward (minimum spend $175)
Rewards apply to full-priced merchandise only unless otherwise stated.
Rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or sale items and may be unavailable during certain promotional periods including but not limited to major sales events.
Points:
• cannot be exchanged for cash
• cannot be transferred or sold
TYR+ Points Expiry
Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
For example:
If you earn 100 points on January 1, 2026, those points will expire on January 1, 2027 if they are not redeemed.
TYR+ Tier Status
TYR+ includes four membership tiers based on your annual spend over a rolling 12-month period.
Core
Entry tier when you create a TYR account.
Advanced
Spend $250 – $599 within a 12-month period.
Pro
Spend $600 – $899 within a 12-month period.
Elite
Spend $900 or more within a 12-month period.
Tier upgrades may take up to 30 days to update after the qualifying spend threshold is reached.
To maintain a tier level, the required spend must be met within each 12-month period. If the threshold is not met, your tier status may be adjusted accordingly.
TYR+ Free Shipping
Members in Pro and Elite tiers receive free standard shipping on orders over $99 (Pro Tier) and on all orders (Elite Tier) when logged into their TYR account.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligibility requirements are met.
Free shipping may not be available in all regions and may be suspended during peak periods or major promotional events.
Referral Program
TYR+ members may receive a unique referral link to share with friends.
Referred customers must be new TYR customers and meet any minimum purchase requirements listed in the referral offer.
Once a qualifying purchase is completed, the referring member may receive reward points or other incentives. Referral offers and requirements may change.
Birthday Rewards
Birthday rewards may be offered to eligible TYR+ members.
Birthdays must be entered in your TYR account at least 30 days prior to your birthday to qualify for a birthday reward.
Birthday rewards may include expiration dates and minimum purchase requirements.
Changes to TYR+
TYR reserves the right to modify, update, pause, or terminate the TYR+ loyalty program or any of its features, rewards, or benefits at any time without prior notice.
